4 CHEF EXPRESS TECHNOLOGY
The Chef Express oven uses a combinaon of heang for high-speed forced air
convecon and microwave energy to heat forced food more quickly than the
convenonal methods.
The figure below illustrates the steps involving the technology:

Internal heang elements transfer thermal energy to the circulang air.
The blower motor circulates air at high speed and envelops the food.
The circulang air goes through the catalyst where the grease-laden vapors
are broken down.
The boom heater helps the heat transfer within the chamber.
At the same me, Magnetrons generate energy via microwave that evenly
heats the food water molecules.
