Touch-up kit components
There are two touch-up kits available for sale:
1. 1 quart can with 4 ounce applicator and 1 ounce
pen
2. 4 ounce applicator and 1 ounce pen only
PPG Duracolor Machine Applied Coangs Paint is the
exact same paint used during factory applicaon. DO
NOT USE any other paint product for touch-ups. It will
not be an exact match to the original color and/or
sheen and will VOID the original coangs warranty.
Applicaon Method
 Mix paint well and only apply when surface tem-
peratures are consistently above 50 degrees for at
least 4 hours and applicaon.
 Test color on sample piece of siding/trim. Contact
sales representave if color is not a match.
 DO NOT apply full brush strokes of paint on any pre
-nished surfaces when applying touch-up.
 Use 4 oz. shoe polish/bingo type applicator with
sponge p for substrate ENDS and CUTS ONLY. DO
NOT use for board face applicaons.
 Use Pencil type of applicator for small nails and
scratches on SURFACE ONLY. DO NOT apply full
brush strokes of paint on surfaces.

Read all label instrucons and warnings before prod-
uct handling. Please check all quanes before ini-
ang any work and to report any discrepancies be-
tween your order and delivered package to your local
sales representave. Make sure to follow all installa-
on guidelines provided by each substrate manufac-
turer.
Pre-Finished Product Storage
 Product must remain covered and protected
from the elements. Water can damage siding
and/or trim if absorbed through the exposed
backing.
 Product must be kept o of damp or wet surfac-
es. Prolonged contact with standing water may
result in paint failure.
 Product must remain at/level at all mes and
o the ground. All site deliveries should be on a
skid unl installaon is complete.
Proper handling for Pre-Finished products: (handle
with care)
 Pull siding and/or trim out as one bundle at a
me. Keep remaining bundles wrapped unl
product is ready for installaon.
 Excessive bending or twisng of siding and/or
trim may result in spider cracking of coang. This
may result in coang failure.
 Any siding and/or trim cuts must be sealed using
PPG Duracolor paint touch-up kit materials.
