1. Lay the bacon strips onto the Air Flow Rack and trim
as needed.
2. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cayenne pepper over the
bacon and rub into the meat.
3. Brush the bacon with the maple syrup. Place the Rack
in the Outer Basket. Insert the Outer Basket into the air
fryer. Press the Bake Button. Set the cooking temperature
to 320° F/160° C and set the cooking time to 12 mins.
4. When the cooking cycle is complete, ip the bacon.
5. Press the Bake Button. Set the cooking temperature to
320° F/160° C and the cooking time to 12 mins.
6. Serve on a Charcuturie board.
