1. Place the Griddle Plate on the PowerXL Indoor Grill &

and orange zest in a large bowl.
3. Melt the butter on the Griddle Plate, dip the challah
bread in the liquid mixture, and cook each side
of the bread until golden brown (3–5 mins.).
4. Top with the raspberries and powdered sugar.

1 ¼ cups half and half
½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp butter
1 large challah bread,
cut into 8 slices
2 cups raspberries
¼ cup powdered sugar
