Directions
1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

½ cup diced red onion
juice of 1 lime
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ jalapeño, minced
½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
