4 brioche rolls, cut in half
½ cup butter
16 pickle slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
8 slices tomatoes
Eric’s Special Mayonnaise
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ shallot minced
1 baby roasted red
pepper, diced
