Bread Serves 4–6
1. Combine the yeast, water, and sugar in the bowl of a
stand mixer. Let proof for 5 mins.

the butter and turn to coat the dough in the grease.
4. Place a wire rack in the air fryer. Punch down the
dough. Turn the dough onto the rack and let rise until
the size doubles (about 30 mins.).
5. Select the Bake setting and cook at 350° F/177° C
for 45–50 mins. When done, the bread should sound
hollow when tapped.
1 package active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
(110° F/43° C)

1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter,
melted and cooled
