Return and Repair Procedures
The BDA can be returned for repair by the following procedures:
• Contact Kaval Telecom Inc. at 1888-86-KAVAL for a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide serial number and model
number.
• Ship the defective part prepaid in the original shipping box to:
