• Wireless Communication Requirements

1. Fly in open areas. Tall steel buildings, mountains, rocks, and trees may affect the accuracy of the aircraft compass and block the

GPS signal.

2. Avoid interference between the remote controller and other wireless equipment. Make sure to turn off other equipment before

using the remote controller.

3. Do not y near areas with electromagnetic interference sources. Electromagnetic interference sources include but are not limited

to Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, high voltage power lines, high voltage transmission stations, mobile base stations,

broadcasting towers, and satellite-based radars.

• Safe Flight Requirements

To avoid personal injury and property damage, observe the following rules when using the ight function:

1. Make sure you are not intoxicated on alcohol, drugs, anesthesia, or are suffering from dizziness or any other physical/mental

ailments which may impair your ability to operate the aircraft safely.

2. Do not use an aircraft that has been involved in an accident (for example, crash, roll-over, or drop) or whose ight status is in any way

abnormal. You may use this kind of aircraft after it has been repaired by PowerVision or an authorized after-market service center.

1. Make sure you have been sufciently trained on the ight and are fully aware of all contingency plans.

2. Make sure you have a ight plan before each ight. Do not y the aircraft recklessly.

3. Respect the privacy of others when using the camera. Make sure you are familiar with local privacy laws and regulations before

using the camera.

4. Do not use this product for any illegal or inappropriate purpose (including but not limited to spying, military operations, and

unauthorized investigations).

5. Do not trespass in the airspace over the private property of others.
