NOTE: This hardware is used to attach
the miter saw directly to the quick release
mountingbrackets.

NOTE: Some miter saws will not t the quick
connect release bracket exactly. These saws
need to be mounted to a plywood base before
attaching the quick release brackets. Use this
hardware to mount the saw to a plywoodbase
and then use the M6 x 60 mounting hardware
set to mount the saw/plywood base to the
quick release mounting brackets.

WARNING
Do not use the miter saw stand until it is completely
assembled and you have read and understood this entire
operating manual and the operating manual of the tool
being used with this miter saw stand.
WARNING
Do not use the miter saw stand for scaffolding or as
a ladder. Make sure to securely tighten all fasteners
before using. Maximum capacity is 440 Ibs (200kg).
IMPORTANT: Maximum capacity is 440 Ibs (200kg) with
the stand locked in the highest position (32-3/8") or 330
lbs (150kg) with the stand locked in the medium position
(26-7/16"). Power tools on the miter saw stand should not
exceed a combined overall height of 60" (152.4 cm) from
the oor.
TOOLS NEEDED
The following tools (not included) are needed to assemble
the miter saw stand:
1 - 12 mm open end wrench or adjustable wrench
1 - 19 mm open end wrench or adjustable wrench
ASSEMBLE WHEELS
Refer to Figure 2, 3
Push wheel bushings into each side of the wheel hub.
Slide the wheel bracket over the wheel/bushings.
NOTE: There is a LEFT and RIGHT wheel bracket. The
LEFT and RIGHT brackets are determined by the pin
welded on the side of each bracket; the pin is located
on the right side of the LEFT bracket and the left side of
the RIGHT bracket.
Place the wheel bracket pin into the hole located on the
outside of the leg.
Slide the bolt through the wheel bracket, wheel/
bushings andframe.
Assemble locknut and tighten with a 19 mm or
adjustable wrench.
Repeat to assemble the other wheel.

Lock and Unlock Wheels
Both wheels are equipped with a locking mechanism to
lock and unlock the wheels:
Depress the side of the wheel bracket with the lock
symbol to lock the wheel.
