1. Keep records of the working time to better determine the servicing intervals.
2. Change the motor oil every 25 hours if the appliance is exposed to high load or high ambient
temperatures.

Lack of fuel Add fuel Check the fuel
Wrong fuel, machine kept without fuel tank being
emptied, wrong fuel type.
Empty the fuel tank and carburettor.
Add fresh petrol.
Wrong, dirty or wrongly set spark plug. Change the spark plug. Check the spark plug
Spark plug is wet from petrol (flooded engine).
Dry the spark out and refit it.
Have the engine repaired
by an authorised dealer or
read the service manual.
Clogged fuel filter, wrong carburettor or ignition
system setting, blind valves, etc.
Change the defective components or repair them
(if necessary).
