Limited Two Year Warranty
PowerSmith™ Power Tools, including Mag-lith-ion 12 volts tools, are warranted free from
defects in material and workmanship for (2) two years after date of the original purchase.
PowerSmith™ Magnesium Power Tools are warranty free from defective in material and
workmanship for (5) five years after the date of the original purchase.
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from neglect or accident.
The original purchaser is covered by this warranty and it is not transferable. Prior to returning a
tool to the store location of purchase, please call our Toll-Free Help Line for possible solutions:

PowerSmith™ NiCad and Lithium-Ion Batteries are warranted for (1) one year.
Accessories are not covered by the Two or Five Year Warranty.
How To Get Service
Contact our toll-free consumer service line at 1-888-552-8665 to make a warranty claim or send
the tool prepaid to Richpower Industries Inc, 736 Hampton Road, Williamston, SC 29697, Attn.
Warranty Repair for warranty service. You must also include a dated proof of purchase (for
example, a receipt of purchase).
Additional Limitations
This warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in the United States, its territories or
Canada. Any implied warranty granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to two years from the date of the original purchase.
Richpower Industries, Inc. is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages including, but not limited to, liability for loss of income arising from the purchase or
use of the product. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
Richpower Industries, Inc. declines any responsibility in regards to civil liability arising from
abusive use or not in conformity with proper use and maintenance of the tools as described in the
operator’s manual.

