OPERATING INSTRUCTION
WARNING: Read and thoroughly understand all instructions and safety information before operating
this impact wrench. Failure to do so may cause serious injury or death. Do not allow anyone to operate
this impact wrench who has not read this manual. An impact wrench can be dangerous if assembled or
used improperly. Do not operate this impact wrench if you have doubts or questions concerning safe
operation. Call our customer service department at 1-800-791-9458 to address these concerns.
• Keep your hands or any part of body from the moving parts.
• Never point tool at anyone.
• Always ensure that the Forward/Reverse switch is in the desired position before starting the tool.
• Never lay a tool down unless the working attachment has stopped moving.
• Always ensure that the tool is not moving and disconnected from the air supply when changing
sockets etc. Only use impact sockets. Do not use standard sockets.
WARNING: Always wear safety glasses, safety gloves, safety shoes and suitable work clothing when
operating this impact wrench. Do not wear jewelry, neckties or other loose clothing which could get
caught in moving parts.
1. Remove plastic air inlet protective cap from air inlet.
2. Install a ¼ inch male air plug included by applying sealant tape to the
threading, wrapping clockwise. Screw threaded male air plug by hand
into air inlet and tighten with a wrench. It may need two wrenches to
tighten. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
3. Place 2-3 drops of air tool oil into the male air plug before each use.
NOTE: Proper lubrication is EXTREMELY important to assure
proper tool performance and avoid tool damage. ALWAYS lubricate
the tool before each use if not using an in-line oiler.
4. Plug in compressor, turn it on, set the pressure regulator to 90 PSI,
attach one end of the air hose to the compressor and the other end of
the air hose (1) to the tool (2) (Fig. A).
