Failure to do so can result in serious bodily injury.
• • • • • Do not put hands near or under moving parts. Do not attach the hose or tool to your body. Attach the hose to the structure to reduce the risk of loss of balance if the hose shifts. Wash hands after handling. This product or its power cord may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Never leave the operating tool unattached. Disconnect air hose when the tool is not in use. For overhead work, wear a safety helmet.
• • • • • Do not drop or throw the tool. Dropping or throwing the tool can result in damage that will make the tool unusable or unsafe. If the tool has been dropped or thrown, examine the tool closely for bent, cracked or broken parts and air leaks. STOP and repair before using or serious injury could occur. Clean and check all air supply hoses and fittings before connecting the tool to an air supply. Replace any damaged or worn hoses or fittings. Tool performance or durability may be reduced.

5. Attach the socket (1) of required size to the drive head (2) of the tool (Fig. B). 6. Place the socket over the nut to be removed or installed. 7. Press the trigger (1) of the tool for rotating operation (Fig. C). 8. Adjust the regulator knob(1) at the rear end of the tool to control the speed of the air flow and to adjust the direction of rotation (forward and reverse) (Fig. D). 9.
LUBRICATION An automatic in-line filter-regulator-lubricator is recommended (Fig4) as it increases tool life and keeps the tool in sustained operation. The in-line lubricator should be regularly checked and filled with air tool oil. Proper adjustment of the in-line lubricator is performed by placing a sheet of paper next to the exhaust ports and holding the throttle open approximately 30 seconds. The lubricator is properly set when a light stain of oil collects on the paper.
MAINTENANCE WARNING: Disconnect wrench from air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing maintenance. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non-authorized parts may be dangerous. 1. Lubricate the air wrench daily with a few drops of air tool oil dripped into the air inlet 2. Air-operated tools must be inspected periodically and worn or broken parts must be replaced to ensure that the tools are operating safely and efficiently. 3.

WARNING: If any of the following symptoms appears during your operating, stop using the tool immediately, or serious personal injury could result. Only a qualified persons or an authorized service center can perform repairs or replacement of tool. Disconnect tool from air supply before attempting repair or adjustment.
