ATTACH FRONT WHEELS
1. Inserting the Universal arm branch pipe into the Front wheel bar.
Assemble them with bolts (4), washers (4), nuts (4).
ATTACH LOWER & UPPER HANDLE
1. Adjusting the handle-lock lever rearward to the lowest position.
2. Pull upper handle up and lock it in position with bolts，washer and
knob on both side.
