Depending on temperature, humidity levels,
and overall climate conditions including
actual snow conditions there may be no
solutions as snow may be too wet or
compacted to move or throw. If snow is
filled with foreign material, damage to the
snow thrower may result. Avoid snow with
foreign material.

Have engine inspected and RPM tested
under load to ensure engine is operating at
the recommended RPM. Check for machine
mechnical binding causing engine to not run
