Connectthecomputercable(46)withthesensorwire(36).
Attachtherail(22)tothemainframe(1)withthewashers(8),hexbolt(14),capnuts(71),nylonnut(9),
washer(35)andknob(2).
Step5:
Attachthepedals(11)tothemainframe(1)withtwohexbolts(12)andtwowashers(10).
Step6:
Checkifthedevicehasbeenassembledcorrectlyandtightenallboltsandnutsfirmly.
MAINTENANCEANDUSE
• Thisdevicerequiresaregularcheck‐uptopreventphysicalinjury.Thismeansthatboltsandnuts
shouldbefrequentlycheckedforcracksandsharpedgesetc.
• Defectivecomponentsmustbereplacedimmediately.Ifthisisnotpossible,thedevicemustbeput
outoforderuntilthenecessaryrepairshavebeenmade.
• Cleanonlywithadampcloth,donotusesolventcleaners.
• Thisproductisintendedforuseinclean,dryconditions.Youshouldavoidstorageinexcessivelycold
ordampplacesasthismayleadtocorrosionandotherrelatedproblems.
Useofthechestbelt(notincludedwithmodelFRM8323P)
Usethechestbelttomeasureyourheartratewhileexercising.Thechestbelthasasensor
thatwirelesslytransmitsyourheartratetothecomputer.Beforeuseslightlymoistentheinsideofthe
chestbeltwithwater.Placethesensoronyourchestandchecktheelasticstrapistightenoughto
ensureitremainsincontactwithyourskinwithoutobstructingyourbreathing.
Thesensorinthechestbelttransmitstheheartratedirecttothecomputer.Themaximumrangeofthe
sensoris85cm.Ifthesensorismorethan85cmremovedfromthecomputer,thesignalwillbetoo
weaktobereceived.Cleananddrythechestbeltafteruse.Ifthisisnotdoneproperly,thesensormay
remainswitchedon,asitsensesmoistorperspiration,resultinginemptybatteries.
