Centeringtherunningbelt
Whenyourun,youmayplacemorepressureonthebeltwithonefootthanwithanother.Theseverity
ofthisdeflectiondependsontheamountofforcethatonefootexertsinrelationtotheother.This
deflectioncancausethebelttomoveoffcentre.Thisdeflectionisnormalandtherunningbeltwill
centrewhennobodyisontherunningbelt.
Iftherunningbeltremainsconsistentlyoffcentre,youwillneedtocentretherunningbeltmanually:
1. Placethedeviceonalevelsurface.
2. Startthetreadmillwithoutanyoneontherunningbelt,pressSPEED+buttonuntilspeedreaches5,6
km/h.
3. Observewhethertherunningbeltistowardtherightorleftsideofthedeck.
a. Iftowardtheleftsideofthedeck:
Turntheleftadjustmentscrewclockwise1/2turn,andtherightadjustmentboltcounter
clockwise1/2turn.
b. Iftowardtherightsideofthedeck:
Turntherightadjustmentscrewclockwise1/2turn,andtheleftadjustmentboltcounter
clockwise1/2turn.
c. Ifthebeltisstillnotcentered,repeattheabovestepsuntiltherunningbeltiscentered.
4. Afterthebeltiscentered,increasethespeedandverifythatitisrunningsmoothly.Repeatthe
abovestepsifitisnecessary.Iftheaboveprocedureisnotsuccessfulinresolvingtheproblem,you
mayneedtoincreasethebelttension.
CAREANDMAINTENANCE
Note:topreventelectricalshock,youneedtomakesurethetreadmillisswitchedoffandtheplug
removedfromthesocket,beforeyoustartcleaningthedeviceorbeforeyouperformregular
maintenance.
Treadmillandrunningbeltlubrication
Toachievemaximumlifespanthistreadmillneedsregularlubrication,aspartofthegeneral
maintenanceprogram.Thiswillpreventprematurewearandtearoftreadmill,runningbeltandmotor.
