PressPROGRAMcontinuouslytoenterthebodyfatprogram.PressMODEandinsertthedata.

UseSPEED+andSPEEDtoinsertF1toF4andpressMODE.ToinsertF5,holdthehandpulsesensors.
Thedisplaywillshowyourbodymassindexafter3seconds.Thebodymassindexistotesttherelation
betweenheightandweight.AhealthyBMIvalueshouldbebetween2025.Ifunder19,itmeans
underweight,ifbetween2529itmeansoverweight.

BELTADJUSTMENT
Youmayneedtoadjusttherunningbeltduringthefirstfewweeksofuse.Allrunningbeltsareproperly
setatthefactory.Itmaystretchorbeoffcentreafteruse.Stretchingisnormalduringthebreakin
period.
Adjustingthebelttension
Iftherunningbeltfeelsasthoughitisslippingorhesitatingwhenyouplaceyourfootonitduringarun,
thetensionontherunningbeltmayhavetobeincreased.Toincreasetherunningbelttension:
1. Startthetreadmillwithoutanyoneontherunningbelt,pressSPEED+buttonuntilspeedreaches5,6
km/h.
2. Placeawrenchontheleftadjustmentscrew.Turnthewrenchclockwise1/4turntodrawtherear
rollerandincreasethebelttension.
3. Repeatstep2fortherightadjustmentscrew.Youmustbesuretoturnbothboltsthesamenumber
ofturns,sotherearrollerwillremainsquarerelativetotheframe.
4. Repeatstep2andstep3untiltheslippingiseliminated.
Note:becarefulnottotightentherunningbelttensiontoomuchasyoucancreateexcessive
pressureonthefrontandrearrollerbearings.Anexcessivelytightenedrunningbeltmaydamage
therollerbearingsresultinginbearingnoisefromthefrontandrearrollers.
