This appliance possesses the following features: a removable power cable for convenience; large Heating Plate to accelerate the heating process; and removable non-stick coated stainless steel hot pot which can hold a wide variety of food items. Its safety features include auto-shut off function which automatically shuts off power when the temperature rises above a threshold limit.

Caution s In order to avoid damage to the Inner Pot, DO NOT use sharp objects or metal utensils, or heat them directly on a gas stove. DO NOT attempt to repair the appliance if it is damaged. Send the appliance to the service centre for checks.
How to use s 1. Place and use the appliance upright on a horizontal, stable, dry and heatresistant surface. 2. Before using the appliance, make sure that the appliance’s body and the outer surface of the Inner Pot are wiped dry of any moisture or liquid. Add the food ingredients into the Inner Pot and add suitable amounts of water, between 50% and 80% of the height of the pot, according to the food item being cooked and the type of food item/s. 3. Place the Inner Pot on top of the Heating Plate.
How to clean s 1. Switch the appliance off. Allow sufficient time for the appliance to cool. 2. Wash the Inner Pot and Glass Lid with warm water & detergent with a nonabrasive sponge. DO NOT use metal scouring pads as doing this will damage the non-stick coating on the Inner Pot. DO NOT immerse the appliance in water or other liquids, wash it under the tap, or let any liquid flow into the internal casing of the appliance to prevent electric shock. 3.
PROBLEM SOLVING s Problem Possible Causes How to Solve The appliance is not plugged in or the Control Knob on the appliance is not turned ON. Plug the appliance into the electric mains and switch it on. Turn the Control Knob on the appliance to ‘Low’, ‘Medium’ or ‘High’ Household power circuit has blown. Check the household circuit breaker for any tripped wires. Call for a qualified electrician. Fuse on appliance is blown. Send the appliance to the service centre for checks.
ENVIRONMENTAL TIP s This appliance, along with all other electronic appliances, should, when it is no longer capable of functioning, be disposed with the least possible environmental damage according to the local regulations in your area. In most cases you can discard the appliance at your local recycling center. DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.
WARRANTY s Warranty Conditions 1. This warranty provides against defective materials and manufacturing faults throughout the period of warranty from the date of purchase of the appliance. 2. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, replacement of consumable materials and accessories, and the cost of maintenance of the appliance. 3.
