Pulsar warrants to the original purchaser who uses the product in a consumer application (personal, residential or

household usage) that this product is covered under this warranty for 2 years (1 year parts and labor, 2nd year parts only) we will

replace at our own option any product covered under this warranty if found to be defective and it is within the warranty period. This

warranty does not apply if: 1) The product has been misused, abused, or improperly maintained as described and instructed in the

owner’s manual. 2) Repairs are required due only to normal wear and tear. 3) Alterations have been made to the product. 4)

Repairs have been made to the product by a non-authorized person or service center. 5) Products used in commercial or rental

applications (warranty is only 30 days for commercial or rental use)

All products returned for service or repair must be hand delivered or sent freight prepaid to the service center or repair

facility service centers will not accept collect shipments.

Any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of "merchantability and fitness for specific purpose", will last only 2

years from date of original purchase. Under no circumstances shall Pulsar be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential

damages from sale of use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied

warranty lasts, so the above limit at ion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
