Installing the axle and

wheels

1. Slide (1) Wheel onto the end of the Axle with the built-in Axle Clamp. Once the

Axle is installed the wheel offset hub should face in towards the generator.

2. Slide (1) Axle Washer onto the axle.

3. Insert (1) Cotter Pin in the holes on that end of the Axle to secure the Wheel.

4. Align the end of the Axle with installed Wheel to (2) welded-on nuts found on the

base of the generator frame. Secure using (2) M8 X 16 Bolts [Small].

5. Push Axle Clamp onto the Axle. Align the holes in the Axle Clamp to the

remaining (2) welded-on nuts on the base of the generator frame. Secure using

the (2) M8 X 16 Bolts [Small].

6. Slide (1) Wheel onto the Axle. Wheel offset hub should face in towards the

generator.

7. Slide (1) Axle Washer onto the Axle.

8. Insert (1) Cotter Pin in the holes on that end of the Axle to secure the Wheel.

Note: Tires may require periodic inflation.

Installing the legs

1. Attach (1) Rubber Foot to (1) Vibration Bracket. Secure using (1) M8 Flange Nut.

2. Repeat Step 1 to assembly the second Vibration Bracket assembly.

3. Align (1) Vibration Bracket assembly to the holes in the generator base. Attach

using (4) M8 X 16 Bolts [Large] and (4) M8 Flange Nuts.

4. Repeat Step 3 to attach the remaining Vibration Bracket assembly to the

generator base.
