ICEWRAP & KEG COOLER BY NORTH SLOPE CHILLERS
In a controlled experiment to test the eecveness of the icepack
blanket, North Slope Chillers started with a 40°F/4°C keg of beer,
wrapped the blanket around the keg, placed it inside a 95°F/35°C
environmental chamber and recorded the beer’s temperature for
twenty-four hours.
Aer six hours, the beer was 43°F/6°C and had only increased three
degrees, and aer twelve hours the temperature had only increased
ten degrees to 50°F/10°C
