5.6.1 Device Information
The Device Status page contains a table with information about the IP-KVM’s hardware and
firmware. This information is useful if technical support is required.

The Data file for support allows you to download the IP-KVM data file with specific support
information. This is an XML file with certain customized support information like the serial number
etc. You may send us this information together with a support request. It will help us to locate and
solve your reported problem.
