– Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could
result in serious injury or death:
FALL HAZARD – To help prevent falls, stop using this product when the infant can roll over, push
up on hands and knees or sit up, or has reached manufacturer’s recommended maximum weight,
whichever comes first.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD – Infants can suffocate:
In gaps between an extra pad and side of the bassinet / cradle.
On soft bedding.
NEVER place a cushion or a pillow in this product. NEVER add a mattress, comforter, or
padding. Use ONLY the pad provided by manufacturer.
Mattresses and padding should have a firm surface and fit snugly. Only use a mattress that is
long and wide enough so that the gap between the mattress and the two sides forming one
corner of the bassinet is not more than 3 cm (1 inch) when the mattress is pushed into the
opposite corner of the bassinet.
If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the bassinet or cradle manufacturer
or one specifically designed to fit the dimensions of the bassinet or cradle mattress.
Do not place cords, straps, decorative ribbons or similar items that could become wound around
an infant’s neck, in or near this product.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to
sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
This product is intended for a child who is 3 months old or less, and who has a body mass of 10
kg (22lbs.) or less.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please carefully read all instructions and warnings before assembling the bassinet.
Keep instructions for future use.
PRE-ASSEMBLY:
Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clear carpeted or scratch-free work surface as
this will avoid damaging parts during assembly. The shipping box provides an ideal work surface.
Do not dispose of any packaging or contents of the shipping carton until assembly is completed to avoid
accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.
Use the parts and hardware lists above to identify and separate each of the pieces included.
The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.
The use of power tools for assembly is not recommended. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.
