SAFETY INFORMATION DANGER • DO NOT connect the bare or green insulation fixture ground wire to the black (HOT) current-carrying wire or the white (NEUTRAL) house wire. Connection of the bare or green fixture ground wire to the black or white house wires may cause metal parts of the fixture to carry electrical currents. Under this condition anyone coming in contact with the fixture will receive electrical shock, which could cause serious injury or death.

PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Remove decorative nuts (C) from front of fixture (A) and remove mounting plate (B) from back of fixture (A). Save decorative nuts (C) for later use. 3 A C B C 4. Feed supply wires through center of mounting plate (B). Attach mounting plate (B) to outlet box (not included) using the existing washers and outlet box screws or the machine screws (BB).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Temporarily place fixture (A) over mounting plate (B) to determine amount of adjustment necessary for screws (E). NOTE: The screws (E) should come through holes in fixture (A) just enough so decorative nuts (C) will fit flush against fixture (A) when mounted. 5 Outlet Box A C B F Once screws (E) are adjusted, use pliers (not included) to tighten nuts (F) on screws (E) until nuts (F) touch mounting plate (B). ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. Wrap electrical tape (not included) around each individual wire connector (AA) down to the wire. Push wire connectors (AA) gently back into outlet box. Carefully push excess wiring into outlet box. 7 AA A WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or wire strands are visible after making connections. AA 8. Secure fixture (A) to mounting plate (B) using the decorative nuts (C) previously removed (Step 3, Page 5). 8 A C C 9.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 10. Install one standard-base bulb (not included). Use either a 60-watt max. incandescent bulb or halogen/CFL/LED equivalent. 10 Bulb Bulb WARNING: When replacing bulb, please allow bulb to cool down before touching. Restore power and test fixture (A). If light does not function, please refer to TROUBLESHOOTING. A A CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Shut off main power supply. Wipe with soft cloth or use window cleaner.
