SAFETY INFORMATION CAUTION • TURN OFF ELECTRICITY at main fuse box (or circuit breaker box) before beginning installation by removing the fuse (or switching the circuit breaker off). • If you are not sure the lighting system has a grounding means, DO NOT attempt to install this fixture. Contact a qualified, licensed electrician for information regarding the proper grounding methods as required by the local electrical code in your area.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 2. Remove existing fixture and disconnect all electrical wiring. 2 2 Outlet Box 3. Remove mounting screws (G) from frame (C). Carefully separate frame (C) and shade (B) from fixture (A). Save mounting screws (G) for later use. 3 A B C G 4. Remove decorative nut (F) from theaded rod (E) on mounting strap (D). Save decorative nut (F) for later use. G 4 D Remove mounting strap (D) from fixture (A). E F Lowes.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Attach mounting strap (D) to outlet box (not included) using the existing screws and washers. 5 Adjust threaded rod (E) to proper height on mounting strap (D). Once threaded rod (E) is adjusted, use pliers (not included) to tighten preassembled nut on threaded rod (E) until it touches mounting strap (D). Outlet Box Nut CAUTION: Make sure the outlet box can support 35 lbs. hanging weight. Use metal outlet box; plastic outlet boxes are not recommended. 6.

Wrap electrical tape (not included) around each individual wire connector (AA) down to the wire. 7 WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or wire strands are visible after making connections. Outlet Box AA Carefully arrange excess wiring and wire connectors (AA) within outlet box. AA 8. Align hole in center of fixture (A) with threaded rod (E) and push up. Place shade (B) back into frame (C), then attach frame (C) to fixture (A) with mounting screws (G) previously removed (Step 3, Page 5). 10 A B Restore power and test fixture (A). If light does not function, please refer to TROUBLESHOOTING below. C G G 11. After completing installation, caulk fixture (A) mounting surface with silicone weather sealant (not included).
WARRANTY The distributor warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. If within this period the product is found to be defective, take a copy of the bill of sale as a proof of purchase and the product in its original carton to the place of purchase. The distributor will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price to the consumer.
