4. Install light bulb (not included) into socket of fixture (A). Use
60-watt max. medium-base incandescent bulbs or 23-watt
max. medium-base CFLs.
Insert screw tubes (BB) into the shade of fixture (A) where
shown, then attach top (B). Secure with screw caps (AA).
5. Attach the crossbar (C) to junction box (not included)
with the two screws (CC).
6. Connect ground wire from the junction box to the ground wire
from the fixture (A) by twisting a wire nut (DD) onto bare ends
of the wires.
Connect white wire from the junction box to the white wire
from the fixture (A) by twisting a wire nut (DD) onto bare ends
of the wires.
Connect the black wire from the junction box to the black wire
from the fixture (A) by twisting a second wire nut (DD) onto the
bare ends of the wires.
Make sure wire connections are secure. Carefully place wires
into junction box, then re-attach fixture (A) to crossbar (C)
using previously removed screws
