Carefully, squeeze the top edge

of the black plastic insert down to

release the top two locking tabs to

prevent breakage.

Remove the plastic insert by

pivoting it on the bottom edge.

Insert the POP&LOCK bracket at an

angle on the driver’s side and push it

all the way to the left to clear the

passenger side actuating rod.

Now slide the POP&LOCK to the

right so that the mounting bracket is

positioned under the actuating rod

on the passenger’s side.

Insert the bolts and washers and

capture the bracket loosely with just

a few turns of the bolts.

Lock Assembly, 2 keys

1/4-20 One-Way Screw (2)

1/4-20 Hex Bolt (2)

Small Washer (2) ID 0.32”OD 0.75”

3/16 Allen Wrench or # 30 Torx

7/16 Socket or Adjustable Wrench

Carefully slide the plastic insert

and click it into place.

Tighten the mounting bolts.

Note: Do not over-tighten.

Loosen all three bolts of the handle,

push the handle up as high as it will

go and tighten the top bolt. Remove

the bottom two bolts (see Fig. 7)

Note: Bedliner panel may have to be

removed.
