DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in any manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire
label and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements, storage, disposal and directions.
HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT:
START-UP/INITIAL TREATMENT: At pool opening, PRIOR to adding chlorinator and chlorine stabilizer:
1. Check Total Alkalinity (TA) with POOL TIME TEST STRIPS. TA should be between 80-125 ppm in plaster
pools or 125-150 ppm in other types of pools.
2. If TA is too LOW, broadcast TOTAL ALKALINITY INCREASER into the pool water at the rate suggested in the
Dosage Chart. Keep pump and filter running.
3. If TA is too high, add POOL TIME pH DOWN as directed on the label.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Every 4 weeks, check TA with POOL TIME TEST STRIPS. If TA is too low,
broadcast TOTAL ALKALINITY INCREASER at the rate suggested in the Chart below. Keep pump and filter
running. If TA is too high, add POOL TIME pH DOWN as directed on the label.
