DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in any manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label
and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements, storage, disposal and directions.

Initial treatment and start-up: First check the Total Alkalinity in the pool water using a test kit. The Total Alkalinity
should be between the ranges stated above. Adjust the TA if necessary. If the TA is too low, then add Alkalinity Increaser as
directed by the label.
Next test the pH in the pool water using a test kit or test strips. The pH should be in the ranges stated above. If the pH is
above 7.6 then use this product to bring down the pH to an acceptable range. Add the product to the pool using the
approximate dosage chart below as a guide.
Add this product while the pool is not in use. Broadcast the product into the deep end of the pool while the pump and filter
are running. Allow the pool to circulate for at least two hours and then retest the pH level in the pool. Add more product if
needed in accordance to the dosage chart. Never add more than 40 ounces of pH Down per 10,000 gallons of water at
one time. Do not allow undissolved product to remain on the pool surface. Break up undissolved clumps with a brush or by
other means of agitation.
