28 Impulse Whiteboard Operation

use the stylus outside the projected image to control the computer’s

cursor from a distance, as if using a mouse (relative pointing).

When you capture an image in Merged Mode, the projection and any

writing on the board are merged into one captured image.

NOTE:NOTE:

If the mouse connection from your laptop to the Impulse system is

PS/2, the action of the stylus is relative, not absolute. Refer to

“Merged and Separate Mode Function Summary” on page 29.

To use projection in Merged Mode:

1 Press Writing and Projection on the control panel until the

Merged LED is on.
