Die Kopfstelle COF 4 CI-S setzt
4 x DVB-S/S2 in 4 + 2 DVB-T-Kanäle
um. Die vier Eingänge haben jeweils
eine CI-Schnittstelle zur Decodie-
rung verschlüsselter Signale.
Bei Bedarf können die gewählten
Kanäle auf jeweils zwei Ausgangs-
kanäle geschaltet werden, um Band-
breitenprobleme z.B. bei HD-Sendern
zu vermeiden.
Die Verwendung als Free-to-air-An-
lage ist ebenfalls möglich.

The COF 4 CI-S headend converts
4 x DVB-S/S2 into 4 + 2 DVB-T
channels. The four inputs are
each provided with a CI interface
for decoding of encrypted sig-
nals.
If neccessary, the selected chan-
nels can be switched to two out-
put channels to avoid bandwidth
problems with HD programmes.
It can also be used as a free-to-
air system.
