Instructions
PolySmooth
TM
can be printed under similar conditions as regular PLA.
Prints made with PolySmooth
TM
can be post-processed using the Polysher
TM
(purchased separately) and alcohol to dramatically increase the smoothness of the
surface.
PolySmooth
TM
works well with commonly available build surfaces. To improve rst
layer adhesion, coat the build surface with a thin layer of PVA glue (using a glue stick),
or heat the HBP (if equipped) up to 70 °C.
PolySmooth
TM
is sensitive to moisture. It is recommended that the lament, when not
being used, always be stored in the provided resealable bag with the desiccant pack to
minimize moisture absorption and to ensure the best printing performance.
