Resolution = 1 milliWatt.
Ex: set hf 3.654 set HF power to
3.654 Watt.
set beam <value>
Set the beam high voltage
in kiloVolt.
<value> must be in the range
[0,15].
Resolution = 1 volt.
Ex: set beam 8.231 set the beam
high voltage to 8.231 kiloVolt
set imaxbeam <value>
Set the maximum current
delivered by the HV beam
power supply in
microAmpere.
<value> must be in the range
[0,800].
Resolution = 0.1 microAmpere.
set focus <value>
Set the focus high voltage
in kiloVolt.
<value> must be in the range
[0,15].
Resolution = 1 volt.
Ex: set focus 8.231 set the focus
voltage to 8.231 kV
set imaxfocus <value>
Set the maximum current
delivered by the HV focus
power supply in
microAmpere.
<value> must be in the range

Set the gas valve opening
