On Going Conference.
Disconnects a participant from the On Going
Conference.
Note: To select several participants, use the
standard Windows conventions.

Mutes the participant’s audio channel.
Unmutes the participant’s audio channel.

<F9> Refreshes the database.

<Alt> + <N> During a Q&A session, allows the operator to
let the next participant in the Q&A queue ask
the question.

<Ctrl> + <E> Used to modify Entry Queue properties or
name when pasting the selected entry queue
from the clipboard to the Meeting Rooms &
Entry Queues list. Opens the Entry Queue
Properties dialog box.
Attend <F2> Moves the participant to the Operator
Conference for assistance.
To Home
Conference
<F3> Moves the participant from the Operator to
the destination (Home) conference.
Hold <F4> Enables the operator to place the attended
participant on hold.
Clear Q&A

<Alt> + <C> Clears the selected participants listed in the
Q&A queue.
