The Network Device list has these fields.
Field Description
Filter Use the filter choices to display other views of the Network
Device list, which include:
•Type- Filters the list by device type. For more
information, see “Network Device Types” on page 221.
•Alerts- Filters the list by alert type: Help, Error, or
Warning
• Connection Status- Filters the list by connection
status: In a Call, Online, or Offline
•Name - Filters the list by system name entered
• IP Address - Filters the list by IP address entered
•Alias - Filters the list by the alias entered
•Site - Filters the list by site location entered
•Area - Available only when Areas are enabled. Filters
the list by the area with which the device is associated.
Status The state of the network device. Possible values include:
• Online
• Offline
• In a call
• Unknown
• Device alert
• Gatekeeper registration error
Name The system name of the network device
Type The type of network device. For valid device types, see
“Network Device Types” on page 221.
IP Address The IP address assigned to the network device
Site The site to which the network device belongs
Alias The alias assigned to the network device
Area Available only when Areas are enabled. The area with
which the network device is associated.
