Polycom KIRK Butterfly User Guide Answering Calls
Note: When subscribed to KIRK Wireless Server 1500, KIRK Wireless
Server 600v3, KIRK Wireless Server 500, KIRK Wireless Server 8000
analogue or KIRK Wireless Server 2500 analogue, it is not possible to reject
an incoming call. To reject a second incoming call, see Call Waiting.
Call Transfer (Blind)
Note: Transfering a call (Blind) is system dependent. If supported by the
subscribed system, do the following:
1 While on a call, press .
-or-
While on a call, press Hold and then press New call.
2 Dial the extension or external number
.
3 Press Transfer to send the call through and to hang up.
Note: When subscribed to KIRK Wireless Server 1500, KIRK Wireless
Server 600v3, KIRK Wireless Server 500, KIRK Wireless Server 8000
analogue or KIRK Wireless Server 2500 analogue, do the following:
1 While on a call, press .
2 Dial the extension or external number.
3 Press to send the call through and to hang up.
Call Transfer (Attended)
Note: Transfering a call (Attended) is system dependent. If supported by
the subscribed system, do the following:
1 While on a call, press .-or-
While on a call, press Hold and then press New call.
2 Dial the extension or external number.
3 Press .
4 When the other caller answers, press Transfer to send the call through and
to hang up.
Note: When subscribed to KIRK Wireless Server 1500, KIRK Wireless
Server 600v3, KIRK Wireless Server 500, KIRK Wireless Server 8000
analogue or KIRK Wireless Server 2500 analogue, do the following:
1 While on a call, press .
2 Dial the extension or external number.
3 When the other caller answers, press to send the call through and to
hang up.
