Sets or gets the PRI international dialing prefix.

Comments
The international prefix defaults to 011 for North America and 00 for European
countries. The default depends on the country.
Parameter Description
get Returns the current setting.
set Sets the PRI international dialing prefix when followed
by the parameter
“prefix” . To erase the current
setting, omit the parameter.
“prefix” Numeric string.
