abk (deprecated)
Returns local directory (address book) entries. This command has been
deprecated. Polycom recommends using the addrbook command on
page 4-12 .
Syntax
abk all
abk batch {0..59}
abk batch search “pattern” “count”
abk batch define “start_no” “stop_no”
abk letter {a..z}
abk range “start_no” “stop_no“
abk refresh
Parameter Description
all
Returns all the entries in the local directory.
batch
Returns a batch of 10 local directory entries. Requires
a batch number, which must be an integer in the range
{0..59}
.
search
Specifies a batch search.
“pattern”
Specifies a pattern to match for the batch search.
“count”
Specifies the number of entries to list that match the
pattern.
define
Returns a batch of entries in the range defined by
start_no
” to “
stop_no
.”
“start_no”
Specifies the beginning of the range of entries to return.
“stop_no”
Specifies the end of the range of entries to return.
letter
Returns entries beginning with the letter specified from
the range
{a..z}
. Requires one or two alphanumeric
characters. Valid characters are:
- _ / ; @ , . \
0
through
9
a
through
z
range
Returns local directory entries numbered
“start_no”
through
“stop_no”
. Requires two integers.
refresh
Gets a more current copy of the local directory.
