areacode

Sets or gets the area code for all ISDN BRI lines. This command is only

applicable if you have a BRI network interface connected to your system.

Syntax

areacode get

areacode set “areacode”

Comments

This area code is associated with the area where the system is used.

Parameter Description

get

Returns the area code information.

set

Sets the ISDN BRI area code when followed by the

area

code

parameter. To erase the current setting, omit

“areacode”

Area code to use for all BRI lines.
