TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The steam ready indicator
(10d) is off.
Power supply cable (11) not in-
serted
Main switch (1) is off
Connect the power supply cable (11)
to a suitable electric socket.
Turn on the main switch (1).
The appliance is on but it is not
producing steam
Water tank (2) is empty or not in-
serted correctly.
Fill the water tank (2).
Make sure the water tank is inserted
correctly.
The Add Kalstop indicator light
(10a) stays on.
You need to add Kalstop
The auto-Kalstop function has
not been reset
Add Kalstop
Reset the function.
In both cases follow the instructions in
the “AUTO-KALSTOP FUNCTION”
section.
