This setting specifies the minimum amount of time to wait, in microseconds, before processing an I²C
byte or sending a serial response. This setting was added in firmware version 1.02.

This setting adjusts the scaling of the Tic’s VIN measurements. If the Tic’s VIN readings are lower than
the actual VIN voltage, you can use a positive value to scale the readings up. If the readings are high,
you can use a negative value to scale the readings down. On the Tic T825, a value of 33 corresponds
to a 4% change. On the Tic T834, a value of 9 corresponds to a 4% change.
