No computer image Loose cable Check and secure cable
projected connections
No power to computer Turn on computer
Incompatible video  If possible, check computer
system with another monitor
No power to projector  Power switch; AC cord 
plugged in (both ends);
outlet on
External video port not Activate the external video
activated port on your notebook 
computer. Cycle the power 
on your notebook computer 
with your projector
connected and turned on.
