The following icons appear on the LCD screen and indicate the selected menu options and
camera status.

Displays the current mode.

Flash Indicator
No flash: The flash is turned off.
Force flash: The flash is on in any environment.
Auto flash: The camera determines if the flash
should be used or not.

Macro Indicator
OFF: Macro Mode OFF (normal image capture)
ON: Macro Mode ON (close up image capture)

Self-Timer
Shows selected Self-Timer setting:
ON: 10S Timer
OFF: no icon appears on LCD screen
