Inserting/changing the battery
Make sure no moisture can enter the battery compartment.
Turn the screw cap counter-clockwise and remove it.
Insert one AA battery with the positive terminal rst into the battery compartment.
Replace the cap and turn it clockwise to fasten.
Replace the battery as soon as the brightness signicantly reduces or if the
product does no longer turn on.
Operation
a) Turning on and off
Press the on/off button to turn the product on or off.
b) Focusing the light beam
Turn the lamp head counter-clockwise for a wide light beam.
Turn the lamp head in a clockwise direction for a narrow beam.

c) Wrist strap
Thread the small loop through the eyelet.
Then thread the large loop through the small loop.
d) Storage bag
At the back of the storage bag is a loop for fastening the bag to your belt, for example.
Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as
these could damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product. In case of stronger contamination you
can slightly moisten the cloth with lukewarm water.
Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in
household waste. Always dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
Remove any inserted batteries and dispose of them separately from the
product.
b) (Rechargeable) batteries
You as the end user are required by law to return all used batteries.
Batteries must not be placed in household waste.
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with this symbol to
indicate that disposal in household waste is forbidden. The abbreviations
for heavy metals in batteries are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead
(indicated on the battery, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to local collection points, our stores
or battery retailers.
You thus full your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
