Brake Components

5. Brake Pad Material (Replace when thickness is less than 1/16″).

Excessive Lever Travel

Hydraulic brakes are s elf-adjusting, but if excessive brake pad

clearance develops, as described on page 105, the machine should be

returned to an authorized Polaris dealer for inspection and adjustment.
