Polaris Sinks strives to provide innovative design and superior quality in all of its products. Our extensive lines of sinks
for the kitchen and bath are created in a wide variety of styles, and in a broad choice of materials. We offer models for
vessel, undermount, or topmount installation; with numerous bowl congurations; and in various colors. Polaris proudly
offers styles constructed of stainless steel, porcelain, AstraGranite, copper, glass, bronze, bamboo and natural stone. We
condently back all of our sinks with a limited lifetime warranty and our accessories with a one-year warranty. We pledge
that our knowledgeable customer service professionals will always provide a satisfactory purchase experience.

About Polaris Sinks
One-Year Accessory Warranty
Polaris warrants to the original purchaser that all of
our accessories will be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for one full year.
Our warranty does not cover defects caused by
misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, environmen-
tal conditions, improper installation, storage and
handling; nor any labor expenses. Polaris may elect
to repair or replace any defective Polaris accessory
covered by our warranty.
Polaris warrants to the original consumer purchaser
that our sinks and faucets will be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal use for the
lifetime of the product. Polaris may elect to repair or
replace any defective Polaris product covered by our
warranty.
Our warranty does not cover defects caused by
misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, environmental
conditions, improper installation, storage and han-
dling; nor any labor expenses.
From time to time we will change design specications
and materials as conditions require and improvements
are developed. We have no obligation to incorporate
such changes in products we previously manufactured.
This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties,
express or implied, including any warranties of mer-
chantability and of tness for a particular purpose;
and excludes any incidental or consequential dam-
ages. No representative has the authority to change
or enlarge the above warranty.
This warranty is only valid in the United States of
America. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitations or exclusion may not apply. This
warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.
