INSTALLATION NOTES
•This product is designed primarily for mounting
the Rigid Industries Dually or Dually D2 LED lights. No
guarantee is made regarding fitment of other brands of off-
road or auxiliary lights, however it will likely work with most
lights that are in a compact housing. The light mounting hole
is 7/16”.
•Remove the two Torx bolts (T40 driver bit) on the
front-ward side of the lower half of the windshield hinge.
There are hex nuts (1/2” wrench) on the opposite ends of
these Torx bolts, behind the dash. Its tricky to get to them
without un-bolting the dash, but enlisting the help of a friend
or child with small hands may do the trick.
•Place the rubber liners between the mount and the
lower A-pillar, to protect the Jeep’s paint.
•Use the provided stainless steel button head cap
screws (3/16” hex key) and flange nuts (1/2” wrench) to
secure the light mount to the lower windshield hinge. Flange
nuts are provided to make it easier to load them into the box
end of a 1/2” combination wrench in order to hold them up
in place behind the dash during the install.
