along the center frame rods to prevent oil-
canningandrattling.Fortheweldsalongthe
perimeter,puttheweldstotheinsideofthe
framerod.

4. Paint the assembled door, including the
DoorSkin,frameandwelds.Youmayalso
choosetosendittoyourlocalpowdercoater.
If painting at home, thoroughly clean the
surfaceoftheDoorSkin,roughenitslightly
withasander,andapplyaqualityself-etching
primerfollowedbyyourchoiceofcolor.
5. Re-installthelatchmechanism,andinstall
theassembleddoorontotheJeep.
